How does AgentAxis prevent hallucinations?
Our chat agent has no permissive code path — it can only answer from your knowledge base. When the knowledge base doesn't have the answer, the bot refuses rather than inventing one. Every grounded reply shows the source chunk it came from, so you (and your visitors) can verify every claim.
What counts as a chat session?
A session is one visitor's continuous conversation with your chatbot. We count by visitor, not by individual messages — so a customer asking 20 follow-up questions counts as 1 session, not 20. Sessions reset after 30 minutes of idle time.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing. Upgrades are pro-rated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What are MCP tool integrations?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets your AI agent call external tools — HubSpot, Slack, calendars, your own APIs — during conversations. Turns a chatbot into a business assistant that can actually take action.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Free plan is forever-free (1 chatbot, 500 chat sessions / month). Growth includes a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start.
Will my price change when you add Outbound or Marketing agents?
No. Existing customers keep their current tier price forever, even when we introduce new tiers above. New customers may pay new prices, but you won't.
Why no chatbot-only plan above Growth?
AgentAxis is built as an AI agent platform, not just a chatbot. The next tier above Growth ships when we launch Outbound and Marketing agents — at that point Pro becomes a multi-agent tier. For chatbot-only buyers, Growth is the ceiling and Enterprise is for custom needs.
