1. Agreement
By creating an account or using AgentAxis ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. What AgentAxis is
AgentAxis is an AI-agent platform that lets you describe workflows in plain English and runs them across the tools you already use. Outputs are generated by large language models; results may vary and should be reviewed before you act on them commercially.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or the rights of others.
- Send unsolicited bulk email ("spam").
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service.
- Upload content you don't have the right to process.
4. Subscription and billing
Paid plans bill in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; the current period continues until its end and we do not prorate refunds.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account.
6. Warranty and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentAxis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AgentAxis is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts unless a consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email and posted here with a new last_updated date.
