What we collect

When you use AgentAxis, we collect:

  • Account data — email, name, and your organization's name.
  • Usage data — which features you use, error logs, and aggregate activity necessary to operate the product.
  • Prompt and workflow data — the natural-language prompts you send to AI agents and the resulting workflow configurations.
  • Analytics — anonymized page views and conversion events (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel). These can be disabled at the browser level.

We do not collect biometric data, payment card numbers (Stripe handles those), or precise geolocation.

Third parties

We share the minimum necessary data with:

  • Anthropic / OpenAI — for LLM inference on your prompts.
  • Stripe — for subscription billing.
  • Supabase — for primary database hosting.
  • Amazon Web Services (S3) — for file storage (knowledge-base documents and chat attachments you upload).
  • Resend — for transactional email delivery (account verification, password resets, contact-form responses).
  • Sentry — for application error reporting. Error events include the request route, your workspace ID, and a stack trace; we exclude PII by default (send_default_pii=false).
  • BetterStack (Logtail) — for centralized log aggregation. Server logs include workspace ID, session ID, and structured event names, but never the raw content of your prompts or chat messages.
  • Google Analytics 4 / Meta Pixel — for anonymized marketing analytics (can be disabled by you in the browser or by us per region).

Your rights (GDPR / similar frameworks)

You may request:

  • A copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction of inaccurate data.
  • Deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Export in a portable format.
